Recently many of our dolphins have begun to exhibit
their creativity in the form of painting. Some of
the dolphins had prior artistic training in the
form of drawing with a magic marker. While for others,
a brush and watercolors was their first experience
with the artistic world. Each dolphin paints in
his or her own style, choosing different types of
brushes and some have even shown a preference for
certain colors. As their talents grew, we decided
their artwork should be shared with the rest of
the world.
Our staff carefully matted, framed and added a
personal touch - a photo of the dolphin painting
that particular piece. These original painting are
for sale in the Dolphin Cove gift shop and each
one comes with a write up about the artist.
