Structured Dolphin Swim
We are accepting participants seven years of age and older. Participants between seven and twelve must be accompanied by a paid participating parent or guardian. Participants between thirteen and seventeen must be accompanied by an non-participating, observing parent or guardian.

$185 per swimmer
Non-Participating Admission:
Adults - $10.00
Children (7-17) - $5.00
Children under 6 are free

Natural Dolphin Swim
We are accepting participants eight years of age and older. Participants between eight and twelve must be accompanied by a paid participating parent or guardian. Participants between thirteen and seventeen must be accompanied by an non-participating, observing parent or guardian. Participants must be strong swimmers and be comfortable with mask and fins.

$135 per swimmer

Shallow Water Dolphin Encounter
We are currently accepting participants ages 3 years & up. Due to the water depth, participants must be at least 4 feet 6 inches tall in order to participate on their own. If they do not meet the height requirement, they must have a paid participating adult to hold them in the water.

$145 per swimmer

Painting with dolphins

Minimum Age 7
Kids 7-17 must be accompanied by an adult

Program Requirements
  • Natural Swim - We are accepting participants eight years of age and older. Participants between eight and twelve must be accompanied by a participating parent or guardian. Participants between thirteen and seventeen must be accompanied by an observing parent or guardian. Participants must be strong swimmers and be comfortable with mask and fins.
  • Structured Dolphin Swim - We are accepting participants seven years of age and older. Participants between seven and twelve must be accompanied by a participating parent or guardian. Participants between thirteen and seventeen must be accompanied by an observing parent or guardian.
  • Shallow Water Encounter - We are currently accepting participants ages 3 years & up. Due to the water depth, participants must be at least 4 feet 6 inches tall in order to participate on their own. If they do not meet the height requirement, they must have a participating adult to hold them in the water.
  • Trainer for a Day - We are accepting participants ages thirteen and up. Participants between thirteen and seventeen years of age must have a release form completed by a parent or guardian. All Trainer for a Day participants must be good strong swimmers and be experienced in snorkeling.
  • Pregnant women are not allowed to take part in either program.
  • Participants should be comfortable in the water. Flotation devices will be provided. Those taking part need only to bring bathing suit, towel and a good disposition.
  • These program requires a good understanding of the English language.
  • Depending on the number of participants, the group may be divided into smaller groups to allow for more timely and individual attention.
  • Those taking part in the dolphin encounter should plan to spend at least two hours at our facility.
Photography
We do allow the use of still cameras and video cameras, but not underwater in the Structured program. We do allow still cameras in the water during the Natural swim (without a flash). We normally carry a supply of underwater cameras and 35mm film.

Ticket Purchase
Confirmed appointment tickets may be purchased in advance with a major credit card. Upon payment, a ticket, along with program information will be mailed or faxed to you. If this is a last-minute purchase, you will be given directions to our facility and the ticket will be held for you at the check-in point.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Your ticket payment is refundable, except for a ten dollar service charge, providing cancellation is made no less than seven days prior to the ticketed program date.

Cancellations made less than seven days prior to the ticketed program date will be refunded at the rate of fifty percent of the total purchase price. A cancellation number will be given and all cancelled tickets must be returned for refund.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than twenty-four hours in advance or for those who do not show up for scheduled programs.
Rescheduling
No penalty involved if rescheduling to an earlier date/time if space is available. Last minute changes (within 48 hours of ticketed date/time) will be charged a re-scheduling fee of ten dollars per swimmer.
Program Changes
Dolphin Cove reserves the right to make changes to programs or even cancel sessions for reasons such as: Severe weather, water conditions, animal well-being. Dolphin Cove also reserves the right to remove from the water any participant who by their actions are endangering themselves, other swimmers, endangering the dolphins or interfering with others in the program.
Delayed Arrival
Should you encounter any last-minute transportation or travel delay in arriving at Dolphin Cove for your scheduled/ticketed program, please try to call us and let us know about your problem. It may be possible to reschedule you to a later time or later date. This could allow you to avoid being a no show.
Americans with Disabilities Act
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 ( ADA ), disabled persons who, because of their disabilities, need special accommodations to participate in our programs should contact us by letter, phone, fax or email no later than 7 days in advance of chosen program date and time. Personal safety must be taken into consideration when taking part in our programs.
